- Aerix Academy (online course purchases)
- Software solutions, subscription services, and client-based projects offered by Aerix Global
By making a payment, you agree to the terms stated below.
General Terms
- All payments are NON-refundable unless explicitly covered under our Refund Policy.
- Once a payment is made for a specific course, software service, or custom project, it cannot be transferred to
another course, user account, or service.
- Clients and students are advised to review all service details, pricing, and policies before proceeding with
payment.
Payment Confirmation & Processing
- Online payments may take up to 24 hours to reflect on our system. Please make your payments well in advance of
deadlines to avoid any access or scheduling issues.
- Upon successful payment, a confirmation email and digital receipt will be sent to the registered email
address.
- If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@aerix.global.
Installment & Recurring Payments
- Selected services and courses may be eligible for installment plans or subscription billing, subject to
approval.
- Payments under installment plans must be made on or before the due date every month.
- Late payments are subject to interest charges or suspension of service access until dues are cleared.

- Bank Transfers (available upon request for project-based clients)
- Direct Invoicing (for corporate clients)
All transactions are processed securely using trusted third-party services. Aerix Global does not store full card
details on our servers.
Third-Party Fees & Charges
Aerix Global is not responsible for bank charges, currency conversion fees, or international transaction fees
applied by your payment provider.

revised “last updated” date. You are advised to review the policy periodically.
