Course Access, Software Delivery & Client Services
- Access to online courses via Aerix Academy will be granted after payment is completed or as per the agreed
plan.
- For software or custom services, timelines and deliverables will be based on the agreed proposal or contract.
- Project assets, source files, or final deliverables will only be handed over upon full payment completion.
Returns and Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions mentioned in our Refund Policy. Please refer to that

- Course fees, platform subscriptions, or project deposits are generally non-refundable unless outlined
otherwise in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, digital products, software code, course materials, and visuals are the intellectual
