Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Aerix Global (Pvt) Ltd. We aim to provide high-quality digital solutions, training
programs, and services through our platforms, including Aerix Academy and our software services. If for any reason
you are not satisfied with your purchase or subscription, we are here to help.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and granted.
Returns
As all our services are digital (including software access, SaaS platforms, and online course content), we do not
offer traditional "returns." However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
For Aerix Academy (Online Courses):
- The course is discontinued or canceled after registration
- The course start date is postponed, and the student does not agree to wait
- The course schedule is significantly changed, and the student cannot attend
- The student withdraws in writing at least 7 days before the course begins
- The student is unable to continue due to serious medical reasons (certified by a licensed doctor)
For Aerix Global Software & Services:
- The service, platform, or project is not delivered as per agreed timeline due to a fault from our side
- The scope is significantly altered, and the client no longer agrees to proceed
- A project cancellation is requested before major development has started
- A monthly/annual subscription is canceled within the first 7 days of activation (for SaaS platforms)
Refunds
Once a refund request and all relevant documentation are received, we will evaluate the request and notify you of
the decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Full refunds (100%) may be issued for course or service cancellations initiated by Aerix
- Partial refunds may apply for voluntary cancellations or medical withdrawals, subject to evaluation
- Refunds for software services will be determined by reviewing project status, work already delivered, and
contract terms
Refunds are not applicable if:
- Course content has been accessed
- A software deliverable has already been deployed or handed over
- The request falls outside the valid window (7 days for subscriptions or course start)
- The registration fee or third-party costs (e.g., domain names, payment fees, licensing, government taxes) have
already been incurred
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges of courses or services. However:
- Students may request to transfer their registration to a future course intake
- Clients may request a project/service re-scoping instead of a refund (subject to approval)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of digital services, the following items are non-refundable:
- Registration Fees
- Third-party licensing or certification body fees
- Government or tax authority payments
- Custom development already delivered
- Promotional discounts or bundles
- Accessed course material (videos, downloads, quizzes, etc.)
Damaged or Defective Items
As our offerings are digital, physical defects do not apply. However, if you face:
- Platform access issues,
- Technical errors, or
- Service disruptions due to our fault,
please contact our support team. We will assist promptly, and if the issue cannot be resolved, a refund or credit
may be offered depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is not applicable to our digital services or online products.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive a complete refund request along with any
necessary supporting documentation. Processing time may vary depending on your payment method or bank.
